Hi, I’m Riley Hall.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alaska that specializes in working with client’s suffering from anxiety. Many clients feel uneasy about starting therapy. They wonder if their issues are weird, or unique, or if they’ll know how to do therapy right.

In therapy with me you will find an inviting space where you can tell your story and explore new approaches and tools for moving forward in life. In therapy, I offer you the fruits of my nerdiness about attachment research, interpersonal dynamics and personal growth. I also offer a sense of camaraderie as a fellow traveler who has also grappled with anxiety and used it as fuel for a more meaningful life.

About Me

I am married to the love of my life and together we have 4 children. We live on a small homestead in Haines Alaska. I am a life-long Northerner and have lived most of my life in Northern Canada and Alaska. For fun, I enjoy being outdoors, working on my homestead, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking or kayaking with my family. I am also an avid reader and enjoy my rainy days in a comfy chair by the wood stove with a cup of tea.

Hello, I am Candace Hall, an intern counseling student with Southern Wesleyan University. My supervision will be with a LPCS in Alaska.

All appointments will be held via a secure Telehealth portal.

I enjoy spending time with our four children, gardening, reading, drinking tea, cross country skiing and hiking.

If you would like to access counseling services and feel that you don’t need experienced care, please consider giving us a call and specify that you would like to see me. Currently I am studying issues such as marriage and family, depression, life transitions, human development, trauma and addiction. We can discuss any questions you might have during a free consultation. I look forward to working with you!
